Panache is a training program in rhetoric and public speaking founded by Julien de Sousa.

Julien and his teams have trained more than 4K+ individuals across 118+ different organizations, ranging from Miele, Airbnb and L’OrΓ©al to Engie and Doctolib.

Creating a colorful modular narrative

The logo takes the from of an extensible device which adapts to its use, the same way a speech adapts to its audience and extends to spread the ideas to more people. Its three parts represent the three pillars of Panache’s method: rhetoric, storytelling and leadership. As Panache’s approach is to blend ancestral techniques (Aristotle) with modern processes (Colorful shapes), the three parts of the logo stand for the three pillars of Panache’s method: rhetoric, storytelling and leadership.
